It is the goal of the Northwest Texas to provide 100% opportunity for youth to join the programs of the Boy Scouts of America. To that end, every unit is encouraged to reach out to new members and provide good programs to keep them in Scouting. Efforts are also made to start new packs, troops and crews, especially where those units do not exist.
