Sales increases will be calculated by your 2007 sales that are on the Trails End website. The percentages will not be pro-rated.

Ordering and Pickup

Orders are due to the office no later than Monday, October, 27th.
The following MUST be turned in when you pick up your popcorn:
1. Prize order forms
2. $1500.00+ sales forms
3. $2500.00+ sales Scholarship form
4. 1 Unit Check for popcorn!!!

Pickup times will be assigned and emailed Monday, November 3rd. Orders will be picked up at Dwight Transfer and Storage, 410 5th St, WF, TX, on Saturday, November 8th, with the largest orders starting first at 8 AM.
ORDERS MUST BE BY THE CASE ONLY!
All forms needed are in the unit packets. If more are needed, please pick up more at the Council Service Center.
The $1000, $2000, $3000 Prize Incentives do not effect the units profit if they choose not to use the Pop Weaver Prize Program.

Council Incentives

For Cub Scouts - Must be a NWTC Event
$1000 sales- Day Camp Fee Paid
$2000 sales- Day Camp and Resident Camp Paid


For Boy Scouts - BSA Summer or High Adventure Camps only. Money paid directly to the camp you are attending!
$1000 sales--$50 towards camp
$2000 sales--$100 towards camp
$3000 sales--$150 towards camp


Camp fee paid will be to attend a BSA accredited summer camp or High Adventure Base. Money will be paid directly to the council where the BSA camp is located.

All forms will be in the unit packets. If more are needed, please pick up more at the Council Service Center.

Unit checks will be cashed on at a later date.
