Join hundreds of Tiger, Cubs, and Webelo Scouts for the annual Cub-N-Pal camping weekend at Camp Perkins near Burkburnett.
Cub-N-Pal will be a fun filled weekend that includes overnight camping, campfire programs, and exciting outdoor events. In addition to Belt Loops activities for Council only BB Guns, and Archery.
WHAT IS IT?
The Cub-N-Pal weekend is simply an overnight Cub
Scouting activity designed for boys and an adult. They come to camp and share a
tent, eat together, and do things they want to do together. A volunteer staff
provides activities such as crafts, games, and evening activity.
WHO IS IT FOR?
All Cub Scout age boys (grade 1st - 5th) that are
registered in the Boy Scouts of America to be eligible to attend. An adult, 21
years old or older must accompany each boy.

Registration fee
will be $40.00 per Cub and Pal if you have more than one child, add $10.00 per
additional child. All fees are non-refundable except for death or illness
in the family.
The
REGISTRATION
Please register through your Pack. Please submit
the registration form to your
THINGS TO BRING.
Please bring a sack lunch for the first evening's
meal, or, cook out as a Pack! Also bring tent, sleeping gear (foam cushion,
ground covering or cot), toilet articles, towels, extra shoes, camp clothing
(warm & cold weather), raincoat, Cub handbook, flashlight, insect repellant,
hat, spending money, cup with handle, lawn chair, hammer, first aid kit,
compass, and swimsuits (weather permitting). Please try to bring only one duffel
bag or backpack per person. Some tents and flashlights are available to loan.
Please call (940) 696-2735 at least a week in advance to reserve these items. A
damage deposit will be required. Be sure to bring a POSITIVE SCOUT SPIRIT
THINGS NOT TO BRING.
Firewood, firearms, radios, game-boy or any
other video type games, and bad attitudes.
Everyone is encouraged not to
bring cell phones, an emergency phone will be provided if needed. Cell
phones should only be carried by adults for emergency use only, if you MUST keep
your phone with you.
PROCEDURES
Check-in is located at the Dining Hall. Report there for
schedule, map, campsite assignment, and camp rules. Remember that Cub and Pal
must participate together.
TOUR PERMITS.
If you are bringing more than your son(s) and
yourself, you will need to bring with you a properly filled-out tour permit, which are available at the
Service Center.
