Who Can Earn This Award?

Presented to distinguished Arrowmen.

How To Get the Award

Send Vigil Honor petition, $5 fee, and $10 for embossed Vigil ID card to the national OA office.

Supply Item Description and Uniform Placement

Certificate, $3 available from national OA office; sash purchased through Supply, worn over the right shoulder with field uniform.
