Unit Leader Award of Merit

Overview

To encourage units to be strong and viable by attaining certain benchmarks characteristic of strong units; seven requirements must be met with nomination by the top youth leader if for a troop, team, or crew; nomination is certified by the unit commissioner

Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, Varsity Team Coaches, and Venturing Crew Advisors

How To Get the Award

Return the completed nomination to the council office

Certificate, knot with device for the appropriate program, and a special position patch with a bold border and gold star
